I have used Ecowater Systems Calgary for the water quality issues I have on my acreage for over 15 years, I have extremely hard water and also high TDS in the water. Aaron has designed and taken care of our equipment for all these years, when I have had problems he has been there to help out, 24 hours a day. I have recommended many people to Aaron and Ecowater because I believe he is the best at what he does. My water system contains a constant velocity pump, water softener, ultraviolet light and a distiller.

We have an older EcoWater RO system installed in our house and we really enjoy great tasting water and no need to buy bottled water of any kind. We recently had a watersoftener and the Reverse Osmosis system was installed by Ecowater and the whole experience was smooth and professional. From the first call to the final setup, Aaron was helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the different options based on our water quality and needs, without being pushy. The installation was quick and clean—they made sure everything was set up properly and even walked us through how to use and maintain the system. We can definitely taste the difference in the water now—it’s cleaner and fresher, and we feel better knowing it’s filtered properly for our family. I convinced myself that I needed new filters. After discussion with Denise she advised that she didn't think it was the filters, and that my Air Surge Tank likely lost air pressure over time. She didn't convince me and I insisted on buying the filters anyway. Well, I got home and re-pressured the tank (as per her instructions) to find that her diagnosis was absolutely correct! I am very impressed at not only Denise's knowledge and capability but also that she tried to save me some money (in spite of my stubbornness) by not buying the filters. I am absolutely convinced that if you are a customer/client of Eco Water, you are in great hands!!! PS. I still kept the filters because I will need them when the existing ones are spent. Aaron answered all my questions and sent me lots of information to read. After gathering all the information from a number of different companies we decided to have the EcoWater 300 Boost water softer system installed. Adam did a fantastic job installing the water softener in our home. He was punctual, polite, informative, and gave us a mini in-service once it was installed.  Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.  With the replacing of a water heater, the plumber suggested I have the water softener serviced ad referred to Ecowater. Called them and spoke to Aaron, he suggested I take samples of water to test, free, did so and turns out water was soft and no need to service. He could have suggested a service call, but didn't.
